The Villa is conceived as a contemporary desert retreat, responding to the region’s climate, landscape, and iconic modernist heritage. The architecture is defined by clean horizontal lines, flat roofs, and a strong indoor–outdoor relationship that allows the garden to function as an extension of the living spaces. Large sliding glass walls, shaded patios, and deep overhangs are strategically designed to control sunlight while framing views of the surrounding desert and mountains. The spatial organization prioritizes openness and fluid circulation, with public areas oriented toward the garden and pool, and private spaces carefully positioned to ensure comfort and privacy.
